PAL’s (Peer Assistance Leader’s) are students who have excelled in CHEM 181 Atoms and Molecules and CHEM 221 Organic Chemistry provide academic support to students taking the course. PAL’s are assigned to a CHEM 181 and CHEM 221 section and attend class meetings, take notes, and behave as “model student’s”. In addition to attending class they also conduct 2 one-hour study group sessions per week. Pay rate: $12.75 for approx. 10 hours a week.
